At Lafonu , you can return your order within 14 days of receipt . Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure quick and correct processing.

Returns in 3 easy steps

Step 1 – Register return

Download the return form Download the return form here , fill it in completely and add it to your return shipment.

Step 2 – Send your return (mandatory)

Please send the package together with the completed return form to the specified return address.

⚠️ Important
Once you have handed over the package to the carrier, you are obligated to immediately email the shipping receipt or Track & Trace code to:

• Please send a clear photo of the shipping receipt showing the Track & Trace number.

• Or mention the Track & Trace code directly in your email

👉 Without proof of shipping or Track & Trace, the return cannot be processed correctly.
The sender remains responsible for the package until it is received by Lafonu .

Step 3 – Refund

After positive inspection of the received return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days via the original payment method used for the purchase.
