Order & Delivery

At Lafonu, the average delivery time is 12–15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this efficient business model, we are able to offer competitive prices while covering the shipping costs ourselves. In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or carrier-related issues.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, delays may occasionally occur. You can check the status of your order using the following link: Track your order here.

If you have not received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact the Lafonu customer support team.

At Lafonu, we work with multiple suppliers, which means your items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, it will usually arrive within 2–3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience..

Lafonu covers the shipping costs for your order.

During special promotions where we offer products for free, we charge a small shipping contribution to help cover the costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, at Lafonu you can return any order to us within 14 days, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and without any signs of use.

All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the return shipment. Once we have received the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Tracking Information

On Track your order here, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Track & Trace information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay before tracking updates appear.
